Service design and requirements definition for a digital service concept<\/h2>\n

For the new business idea of Maalausteho, we implemented the service design of the digital service concept, UI\/UX design and requirements specification, UI\/UX design and features and technical design specifications.<\/p>\n

The project started with a joint workshop with the client to discuss the objectives of the new service, target groups, users and user needs . MeKiwi carried out a service design of the customer journeys and designed the initial user interface for the new digital service. The final design was discussed with the client, after which MeKiwi made the desired changes and implemented the new user interface based on the design. The UI was designed using the Sketch software to create a clickable demo version of the interface. Once the functionalities of the digital service were clear, MeKiwi carried out a detailed feature definition and technical requirements specification for the service.<\/p>\n
