The union’s mission is to increase cooperation between entrepreneurs and to develop fruit and berry growing in our country, as well as to ensure that the general conditions for production are maintained.<\/p>\n
We had the pleasure of designing a new visual identity for HML ry with a new logo, typography and website. The traditional union’s image was not going to be completely overhauled. The aim was to revamp the look to better suit the present day, in a recognisable way. They wanted to bring the colourfulness of the sector and products into the new logo. Freshness, vibrancy and expertise were the guiding principles throughout the design process. The website underwent a thorough overhaul in terms of visuals, content and technology. We chose the WordPress publishing system as the platform for a relatively large project. “We started by developing only our website, but as the project progressed, we wanted to revamp <\/em>our entire brand, including the logo. Mekiwi’s office helped us with the project and we thought <\/em>it was a stunning package. <\/em><\/p>\n
We asked for quotes from several different companies and in the end Mekiwi answered exactly the questions <\/em>we wanted answered. The offer was clear from the start, so it was easy <\/em>to stick to. There were no surprises along the way and the whole thing was well managed. Although MeKiwi <\/em>is based in Oulu and we are based in Helsinki, I didn’t experience any problems with the smoothness of the cooperation, which<\/em>went smoothly with Skype and other tools.<\/em><\/p>\n
